深圳市观澜水厂污泥处理工艺升级改造工程实践

摘　　要：观澜茜坑水厂的污泥处理系统,主要承担观澜茜坑水厂及龙华茜坑水厂的尾水处理,不仅是水厂安全生产的保障,更具有良好的社会和环境效益。但在实际运行中,因设备选型及设计缺陷,出现频繁故障、产能不足、出泥效果差等问题。水厂进行了系统的原因分析,提出对应的升级改造计划:改造原有的螺旋输送设施;新建污泥机械浓缩系统;增设板框进泥加药及滤布碱洗系统。升级改造后,新系统的运行状态更加稳定,产能大幅提升,更有利于观澜及龙华两水厂安全稳定生产。Sludge treatment system of Guanlan Xikeng Water Plant is designed for tail water treatment of Guanlan Xikeng Water Plant and Longhua Xikeng Water Plant.If well-operated,it is not only be a guarantee for daily production of the plant,but also can obtain social and environmental benefits.However,some problems of sludge treatment system,such as,frequent failures,insufficient production capacity and poor sludge quality,etc.,are found during operation due to equipment selection and design defection.Afterwards,an updating project is conducted,including:mechanical alteration of the original screw conveyor;installing a new mechanical thickening device,PAM dosing device and alkaline cleaning device.After the upgrade,operating state of new system is more stable,and production capacity is greatly increased,which is more conducive to safe and stable production of Guanlan and Longhua water plants.
