摘　　要：文章通过对情报机构与智库的服务功能及其运行机理的分析,总结出二者之间的契合关系,并运用理论研究和模型设计的方法构建情报机构与智库融合发展的功能模型,提出智库与情报机构融合发展的对策建议。By using theoretical research and model design methods,the paper summarizes the fit relationship between intelligence agencies and think tanks through the analysis of their service functions and operation mechanism,constructs a functional model for the integration development of intelligence agencies and think tanks,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for them.
