摘　　要：重视和关注人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感是我们党“以人民为中心”根本立场的具体体现。文章聚焦新型城镇化过程中新市民的主观幸福感,探讨公共图书馆提供的社会支持对新市民主观幸福感的作用机制以及信息公平的中介作用,最后提出公共图书馆应对新市民提供信息支持、工具性支持、社交支持和情感支持的建议。Paying attention to people’s sense of fulfillment,happiness and security is the concrete embodiment of the fundamental stance of people-centered philosophy of development of Communist Party of China.The paper focuses on the subjective well-being of new city people in the process of new urbanization,and discusses the mechanism of social support provided by public libraries on the subjective well-being of new city people and the intermediary role of information fairness.Finally,the paper puts forward that public libraries should provide information support,instrumental support,social support and emotional support to new city people.
