一贯煎加减治疗肝癌的临证经验总结

摘　　要：肝癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤,中医药具有多功能、多靶点、全方位的抗肿瘤作用,是肝癌治疗的重要手段之一。李仁廷教授认为中晚期肝癌患者以气阴两虚证多见,根据对临证患者的准确辨证,提出肝性刚烈,用药需要以柔克刚,中病即止,因人而异,选用一贯煎加减方治疗肝癌,取得良好疗效。本文总结一贯煎在肝癌治疗中的临证经验,附医案一则,以飨同道。Liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinic,and Chinese medicine therapy has been one of the important therapies for the treatment of liver cancer for its anti-tumor effect being multi-action,multi-target,and holistic.Professor LI Ren-ting believes that liver cancer patients at the middle and late stages were characterized by the pathogenesis of deficiency of both qi and yin,and the modification of Yiguan Jian,a decoction with the actions of nourishing yin and soothing liver,can be used for the treatment of liver cancer for the liver is the resolute viscus and the medication for liver diseases should be individualized and prompt with mild medicinal.And then the remarkable curative effect of modified Yiguan Jian for the treatment of liver cancer was verified by a proven case.
