摘　　要：企业管理的发展离不开企业文化的发展,因此,在企业文化建设中,要注重与时代背景相结合,要不断地创新。企业文化创新对于企业提高竞争力具有至关重要的作用。论文就当前形势,对西铭矿在安全建设、典型选树和人文关怀方面实施创新,促进了企业可持续性发展。The development of enterprise management can not be separated from the development of corporate culture.Therefore,in the construction of corporate culture,it is necessary to pay attention to the combination with the background of the times and innovate constantly.Corporate culture innovation plays a vital role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the current situation,the paper innovates in the aspects of safety construction,model selection and humanistic care in Ximing Coal Mine,which promotes the sustainable development of the enterprise.
