摘 要:城市风貌塑造与评价,是总体城市设计的重要议题之一,现有城市风貌敏感性评价方法存在指标体系不完善、权重设置欠合理、分析结果难落地等诸多问题。本文以山东省平度市总体城市设计为例,提出一套定性与定量分析相结合的城市风貌敏感性评价优化方案:首先,运用德尔菲法(专家评价法)选取影响因子,运用横向打分法和AHP法(层次分析法)进行各项因子赋权;其次,运用GIS空间叠加分析方法进行多因子叠加分析,生成城市风貌敏感性综合评价图,据此提出不同强度的城市风貌敏感性区域分布;最后,利用模糊评价法进行校核。为分析城市风貌敏感空间特征、建构城市整体空间发展框架、风貌分区精细化管控、风貌要素营造时序性和主次性引导等方面提供依据和量化支持。The creation and evaluation of cityscape is one of the important topics in overall urban design.There are many problems in the existing evaluation methods of cityscape sensitivity.For example,the index system is not perfect,the weight setting is not reasonable,and the analysis results are difficult to implement.Taking the overall urban design of Pingdu in Shandong as an example,this paper proposes a plan for the optimization of the cityscape sensitivity evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis.Delphi method(expert evaluation method)is used to select the impact factors of cityscape sensitivity.Horizontal scoring method and AHP method(analytic hierarchy process)are used to empower each factor.And then GIS spatial overlay analysis method is used for multiple factor superposition analysis to draw the comprehensive evaluation map of cityscape sensitivity,based on which we can propose the cityscape sensitivity’s regional distribution of different densities.Afterwards,fuzzy evaluation method is used for verification.This study provides the basis and quantitative support for the analysis of the spatial characteristics of cityscape sensitivity,the construction of urban overall spatial development framework,the fine control of landscape zoning,and the scheduling of cityscape elements.
