摘　　要：习近平总书记关于国家文化安全的论述根植于马克思主义无产阶级文化安全思想和新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中,是对马克思主义文化安全理论的继承与发展,具有丰富的马克思主义哲学底蕴。从意识形态安全出发,社会主义核心价值观是国家文化安全的精髓;保证国家文化安全应坚持唯物辩证法的根本方法;要坚持人民群众的主体地位,为国家文化安全提供力量;坚持马克思主义文化继承理论,继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化是国家文化安全的思想基础;以马克思世界历史理论为基石,推动文明交流互鉴是国家文化安全的力量延伸。深入研究和理解习近平总书记关于国家文化安全论述的哲学底蕴,对于坚定文化自信、增强文化自觉、维护国家文化安全、推动社会主义文化强国建设具有现实意义。Xi Jinping’s national cultural security outlook is deeply rooted in the cultural security thought of Marxist and the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.It is the inheritance and development of cultural security theory of Marxist and has abundant Marxist philosophy Connotation.From the perspective of ideological security,Xi Jinping’s national cultural security outlook puts forward that“core Socialist values”are the quintessence of national cultural security.Moreover,it uses the fundamental method of materialist dialectics to ensure national cultural security.Furthermore,upholding the dominant position of the people,which can provide strength for national cultural security,has been taken account.In addition,it adheres to the Marxist cultural inheritance theory and inheriting and carrying forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture is the ideological foundation of national cultural security.Finally,the promotion of mutual exchanges among different civilizations based on the Marxist theory of world history is an extension of the strength of national cultural security.Therefore,in-depth research and understanding of the philosophical connotation of Xi Jinping’s national cultural security outlook equipped with important practical significance for strengthening cultural selfconfidence,enhancing cultural awareness,maintaining national cultural security and promoting to build a great cultural socialist country.
