摘 要:为了探讨橡胶树混交林对橡胶树土壤微生物功能的影响,对海南文昌种植的单一橡胶林(CK)、橡胶树和‘米老排’混交(处理1)、橡胶树和‘火力楠’混交(处理2)的土壤微生物生物功能进行研究,测定土壤理化性质、养分和微生物生物功能,分析3种种植模式下林地表层土壤(0~10、10~20、20~30 cm)微生物功能。结果表明:硝化作用、固氮作用和氨化作用与不同土壤深度无显著差异;不同种植模式的硝化作用、固氮作用和氨化作用也无显著差异;3种种植模式下,混交林的呼吸作用和纤维素分解作用强度高于CK,说明不同的植被类型对土壤微生物功能有显著影响;呼吸作用与含水率存在显著负相关关系,说明土壤理化性质对土壤微生物功能有显著影响。In order to explore the effect of rubber tree mixed forest on the soil microbial biological function of rubber tree,the soil microbial biological function of single rubber forest,rubber tree and Phoebe hybrid forest,rubber tree and rice old row mixed forest planted in Wenchang,Hainan was studied,the soil physical and chemical properties,nutrients and microbial biological function were measured,and the forest surface soil(0~10,10~20,20~30 cm)microbial micro biological function.The results showed that there was no significant difference in nitrification,nitrogen fixation and ammoniation with different soil depths,and there was no significant difference in nitrification,nitrogen fixation and ammoniation with different planting modes.Under the three planting modes,the intensity of respiration and cellulose decomposition of mixed forest was higher than that of single planting rubber forest,indicating that different vegetation types had significant impact on soil microbial function.There was a significant negative correlation between respiration and water content,indicating that soil physical and chemical properties had a significant impact on soil microbial function.
