摘 要:汽车轻量化已成为节能减排的重要发展趋势。尤其是近5年,随着汽车保有量的急剧增长,作为汽车产销第一大国的中国,石化产品日渐短缺,CO2排放总量持续增加,清洁能源尚未全面普及,解决汽车轻量化更显紧迫和重要。汽车轻量化是一个系统工程,不能单纯考虑减轻汽车整备质量,要在先进设计理念、先进材料、先进制造技术和先进装配工艺各方面进行创新,才能在减重的同时保证安全、提高性能、增加舒适度。Automobile lightweight has come to a tendency of saving energy and reducing emission.Especially in recent five years,with the rapid growth of automobile ownnership,China as the largest automobile production and marketing country,is increasingly short of petrochemical products.Not only does the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions continue to grow,clean energy has also not been fully popularized yet.As a result,it is more urgent and important to solve the problem of automobile lightweight.Automobile lightweight is a system engineering,therefore,it can not only be considered as reducing the vehicle curb weight.It must be carried out from the all sides,such as advanced design concept,advanced materials,advanced manufacturing technology and advanced assembly technology,so as to reduce weight,ensure safety,improve performance and increase comfort.
