摘  要:以Fe-NaY和NaY分子筛为原料,通过一种新颖的改性方法制备了具有多级孔结构的两种USY分子筛,采用N2吸附-脱附和变温超极化氙核磁共振(HP^129Xe NMR)实验对两种多级孔USY分子筛进行了表征,变温范围从173 K至233 K。HP^129Xe NMR表征结果显示,以NaY为原料的USY分子筛虽然具有更大的平均孔径、更多的介孔结构,但以Fe-NaY为原料的USY分子筛具有更好的微孔-介孔连通性,从而具有更好的扩散性能。HP^129Xe NMR可以反映两种多级孔USY分子筛孔道结构的细微差异,这种能够区分多级孔结构“质量”好坏的表征方法可以为多级孔材料的制备、表征及应用提供参考。FAU-type hierarchical porous molecular sieve is widely used because of its multiple channel structures.Fe-NaY and NaY were used as starting materials,two types of USY molecular sieves with hierarchical pore structure were prepared by a novel modification method.In addition to the conventional N2 adsorption-desorption characterization,the samples were also characterized by variable temperature hyperpolarized^129Xe NMR(HP^129Xe NMR)experiment.The temperature range was changed from 173 K to 233 K,the key difference of channel structure was observed from NMR spectra.The experiment results showed that the USY made from NaY has larger average pore diameter and more mesoporous structures than which made from Fe-NaY,but the latter has better micropore-mesopore connectivity,which can be expected to have better diffusion performance in some reactions.This characterization method can not only reflect the slight difference of channel structure between the above mentioned molecular sieves,but also distinguish the quality of the hierarchical pore structure,and thus provide reference for the preparation,characterization and application of hierarchical porous materials.
