云实感冒合剂联合头孢克肟片治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察云实感冒合剂联合头孢克肟片治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:选取我院2019年9月—12月收治的72例急性上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组患者口服头孢克肟片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上口服云实感冒合剂,两组疗程均为1周。观察并记录两组患者临床症状好转及消失时间,比较两组临床总有效率、治疗前后炎症指标血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的77.78%,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽,咽痛好转和消失时间,高烧消失时间均明显缩短,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组的炎症指标均明显降低,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗后SAA,PCT和hs-CRP明显降低,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:云实感冒合剂联合头孢克肟片治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效明显,可显著缩短患者临床症状好转和消失时间,其潜在治疗机制可能与降低炎症指标SAA、PCT和hs-CRP水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of YunshiGanmao mixture combined with Cefixime tablets in treating with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Seventy-two patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from September to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Cefixime tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with YunshiGanmao mixture based on the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 1 week.The improvement and disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed and recorded.The total clinical effective rate,serum amyloid protein A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The tota effective rate of the observtion group was 94.44%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.78%.Compared with the control group,the cough,sore throat improvement and disappearance time,and the disappearance time of high fever were significantly shorten in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the inflammation index of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group's SAA,PCT and hs-CRP were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion YunshiGanmao mixture combined with cefixime tablet is effective in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection,which can significantly shorten the clinical symptoms improve and disappear time.The potential therapeutic mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory indexes such as SAA,PCT and hs-CRP.
