布地奈德联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察布地奈德联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月—2018年11月间在我院治疗的146例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各73例。观察组采用布地奈德联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗。以总有效率、治愈时间、临床症状缓解时间、住院时间、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、CRP水平作为评价指标。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为97.26%显著高于对照组患儿的78.08%,治愈时间显著低于对照组;临床症状缓解时间及住院时间均比对照组短,IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、CRP水平比对照组患儿改善显著(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患儿均未出现过敏、咳嗽等不良反应病例。结论:布地奈德联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎可明显提高临床治疗效果,缩短治愈时间,起效快,显著改善CRP、IL-2、IL-6和IL-10血清学指标,安全性较好,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Budesonide combined with Pulmicort Shun inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 146 children with neonatal pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into an observation group ana control group,with 73 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Pulmicort Shun atomized inhalation therapy,while control group was treated with Pulmicort Lingshu nebulized inhalation therapy.Take the total effective rate,cure time,clinical symptom relief time,hospital stay,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10,CRP levels as evaluation indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observed children was 97.26%,which was significantly higher than 78.08%of the children in the control group.The cure time was significantly lower than the control group.The clinical symptom relief time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and CRP levels were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions betwee the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as allergies and coughs in the observatio group and the control group,and there was no difference in the results.Conclusion Budesonide combined with Pulmicortsu inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the cure time,have a fast onset,and significantly improve the serological indicators of CRP,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10,With better safety,is worthy of clinical promotion.
