摘  要:某种新型医用不锈钢扩孔钻连接杆在采用激光切割加工时会出现爆燃、排渣和过烧等现象。通过对这种扩孔钻连接杆激光切割的切割缝质量和挂渣现象进行分析,发现切割区域能量热效应是影响切割质量的核心因素,控制能量吸收的平衡稳定,是保证加工质量的关键。基于激光切割能量效应理论,通过实验探索了激光功率、切割速度、离焦量、辅助气体等激光切割参数对切割质量的影响,最后给出了合理的激光切割参数,为解决扩孔钻连接杆激光切割问题提供了参考。The phenomena of deflagration,disslagging and overburning occur in the laser cutting by a new type of medical stainless steel reaming drill connecting rod.Through the analysis of the cutting seam quality and disslagging phenomenon of laser cutting of this kind of reaming drill connecting rod,it is found that the energy thermal effect of the cutting area is the core factor affecting the cutting quality,and controlling the balance and stability of energy absorption is the key to ensure the processing quality.Based on the energy effect theory of laser cutting,the effects of laser cutting parameters such as laser power,cutting speed,defocus and auxiliary gas on the cutting quality are explored through experiments,and finally,the reasonable laser cutting parameters are given,which provides a reference for solving the problem of laser cutting by reaming drill connecting rod.
