针刺手三里穴力敏点配合主动运动治疗急性机械性颈痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺手三里穴力敏点配合主动运动与常规针刺手三里配合主动运动治疗急性机械性颈痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月到2019年12月接受针刺治疗的急性机械性颈痛患者64例,分为针刺常规手三里组(对照组)21例与针刺手三里穴力敏点组(观察组)43例,两组患者接受针刺的同时都配合患者颈部主动运动。观测治疗前后两组患者接受视觉模拟评分(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)的评定。结果两组患者的VAS评分治疗后明显降低(均P<0.05),治疗组低于观察组(P<0.05)。经过治疗,两组患者的NDI评分明显增高(均P<0.05),治疗组高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺手三里穴力敏点和常规手三里穴配合患者颈部主动活动,能够改善急性机械性颈痛患者的颈部疼痛和颈椎功能,针刺选取手三里穴力敏点效能提高针刺疗效。Objective:To assess the clinical effect of acupuncture at stress-sensitized Shousanli(IL-10)and regularity IL10 combined with active neck movement for patients with acute mechanical neck pain.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted to evaluate therapeutic effect of acupuncture on 64 patients with acute mechanical neck pain from Jan 2018 to Dec 2019.The patients were allocated into 2 groups:an observation group(43 cases)and a control group(21 cases).The observation group were treated with acupuncture at stress-sensitized Shousanli(IL-10)combined with active neck movement;the control group received acupuncture at Shousanli(IL-10)acupoint combined with active neck movement.The change of visual analogue scale(VAS)and neck disability index(NDI)were observed before and after treatment.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(both P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDI scores of the two groups were significantly increased(both P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at stress-sensitized combined with active neck movement can improve the neck pain and cervical spine function of patients with acute mechanical neck pain.Selecting stress-sensitized Shousanli(IL-10)for acupuncture can improve the efficacy of acupuncture.
