摘　　要：颈椎定点旋转手法是传统手法中的一种特色疗法。在临床中常用于治疗颈椎相关疾病,尤其对于颈椎小关节紊乱等疾病有明显优势。由于其操作简便,疗效肯定,在临床中被广泛应用。然而运用颈椎定点旋转手法治疗颈椎病也存在很多不确定因素,如手法操作技术的熟练程度、患者的个体差异等,这些都可能影响治疗效果,甚至造成医源性损伤。基于此,本文将该手法的技术操作等相关事项以及操作心得作一概述。Cervical fixed-point rotation technique is a characteristic therapy in traditional manipulation.In clinic,it is often used to treat diseases related to cervical vertebra,especially for disorders of small joints of cervical vertebra.Because of its simple operation and definite curative effect,it is widely used in clinic.However,there are many uncertain factors in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,such as the proficiency of manipulation techniques and individual differences of patients,which may affect the treatment effect and cause iatrogenic injury in severe cases.Based on this,this paper will make a series of summaries of the technical operation and other related matters of the technique and the experience of operation to share with others.
