聚焦解决模式护理在凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式护理在凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者中的应用效果。方法选取凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者80例,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上加用聚焦解决模式护理,比较两组负性情绪、疾病认知度与妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后疾病认知度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组终止妊娠时间长于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿体质量与Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式护理的应用可有效提高凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者疾病认知度,减轻其负性情绪,改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the application effect of focused solution model nursing in patients with dangerous placenta previa combined with placenta implantation.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with dangerous placenta previa combined with placenta implantation as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of matching basic characteristics between groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used focused solution nursing on the basis of routine nursing intervention to compare the two groups'negative emotions,awareness of disease and pregnancy outcome.Results After intervention,the score of disease cognition in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy termination time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,and the newborn's weight and Apgar score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of focused solution model nursing can effectively improve the awareness of disease of patients with dangerous placenta previa combined with placenta implantation,reduce their negative emotions,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
