摘　　要：目的探究箱庭疗法对Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿心理以及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月于医院接受胰岛素注射治疗的102例1型糖尿病患儿为研究对象,按照患儿性别、年龄、病程匹配的原则将其分为观察组与对照组,各51例。对照组患儿实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以箱庭疗法,比较两组患儿干预后心理状态、治疗依从性情况。结果出院前,观察组定时测量血糖、按时注射胰岛素、血糖平衡、正确处理低血糖、饮食规律、坚持运动6个维度治疗依从性均明显高于对照组;观察组患儿焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)评分均低于对照组;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论箱庭疗法可有效减轻患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性及配合度,利于血糖调控。Objective To explore the effect of sandplay therapy on the psychology and treatment compliance of children patients with type I diabetes.Methods To select 102 cases of children patients with type 1 diabetes who received insulin injections in hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 as the study objects,and the children patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 51 cases in each group,according to the matching principle of sex,age,and course of disease have.The children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and in the observation group was given sandplay therapy on the basis of the control group.The psychological status and treatment compliance of the two groups of children after intervention were compared.Results Before discharge from the hospital,the observation group's compliance with the six dimensions of regular blood glucose measurement,regular insulin injection,blood glucose balance,correct treatment of hypoglycemia,dietary rules,and adherence to exercise were significantly higher than those of the control group,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sandplay therapy can effectively reduce anxiety and depression of children patients,improve treatment compliance and coordination,and it was beneficial to blood glucose control.
