摘　　要：目的探讨移动健康管理APP在高血压脑出血患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月脑外科确诊并拟行微创手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者112例为研究对象,按照性别、年龄、病程、出血部位有可比性的方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取传统模式如口头宣教、宣传册发放等实施访视,观察组在对照组基础上应用本院自行设计的移动医疗健康管理APP实施访视。比较两组围术期访视知晓评分情况、术前访视时间、术前准备质量。结果观察组访视后知晓率评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前访视时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前准备质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论移动健康管理APP为基础的术前访视可有效提升高血压脑出血患者围术期知晓率,提升术前访视效率及术前准备质量,确保手术治疗顺利开展。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile health management APP in preoperative visit of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods To select 112 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were diagnosed by brain surgery and planned to undergo minimally invasive surgery from June 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to gender,age,course of disease,and bleeding sites.The control group used traditional mode such as oral education and brochures to conduct visits,and the observation group used the mobile medical health management APP designed by the hospital on the basis of the control group to conduct visits.The knowledge scores,preoperative visit time,and preoperative preparation quality after perioperative visits were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate score of the observation group after the visit was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the preoperative visit time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the score of preoperative preparation quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative visit based on mobile health management APP can effectively improve the perioperative awareness rate of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,improve the efficiency of preoperative visit and the quality of preoperative preparation,and ensure the smooth development of surgical treatment.
