急诊创伤性骨折患者护理期待的质性分析

摘　　要：目的运用质性分析探讨急诊创伤性骨折患者期待的护理行为。方法对2018年10月至2019年10月于医院进行治疗的60例急诊创伤性骨折患者进行半结构式深度访谈,描述患者就诊及治疗时的亲身经历,捕捉真实体验,采用Colaizzi分析法对患者基本信息、采访内容等资料进行分析、提炼及归纳。结果本研究将创伤性骨折患者的护理期待行为总结为5个主题,病情告知、换位思考、信息传递、就诊环境及护理技术。结论在关注创伤性骨折患者身体治疗的同时,应不断倾听患者的真实内心,建立以患者报告结局为核心的研究思路和方法,结合患者期待,改善护理行为,促使急诊护理行为向科学化与人性化的方向迈进。Objective To apply a qualitative analysis for exploring the expected nursing behaviors of patients with emergency traumatic fractures was regarded as the study subject.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted on 60 emergency patients with trauma fracture who were treated in hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.The patients'personal experience during medical treatment and treatment was described,and the real experience was captured.The Colaizzi analysis method was used to analyze the basic information of patients,interviewing contents and other data were analyzed,refined and summarized.Results This study summarized the nursing expectation behavior of patients with traumatic fractures into 5 themes,including disease informing,transpositional consideration,information transmission,medical environment and nursing technology.Conclusion While paying attention to the physical treatment of patients with traumatic fractures,we should constantly listen to the true heart of the patients,establish research ideas and methods centered on the outcome of the patient's report,and combined with the expectations of the patients to improve nursing behaviors,and promote emergency nursing behavior to be scientific and humanized.
