摘　　要：粉尘是纺织企业车间的主要污染源,不仅影响纺织品的质量,还会影响生产人员的健康,因此,纺织企业有必要对粉尘浓度进行监测。选择SAS001型粉尘传感器,使用LabVIEW软件开发纺织企业生产车间粉尘监测与管理的上位机系统,可实时监测车间粉尘状况,并根据检测数据采取有效的应对措施。Dust is the main pollution source in the workshops of textile enterprises,which not only affects the quality of textiles,but also does harm to the health of manufacturing workers.Therefore,monitoring the dust concentration is of great necessity for textile enterprises.In this paper,an upper computer system with SAS001 dust sensor and LabVIEW software was developed for dust monitoring and control.With this system,the dust in the workshops can be monitored in real time and effective countermeasures can be taken based on the data given.
