摘  要:以太湖县饮用水水源地花亭湖水库为例,基于水动力-水质耦合模型MIKE21,结合数值模型法与传统类比经验法对花亭湖水库饮用水水源保护区进行划分和论证。结果表明:(1)经过分水期验证,花亭湖水库TN、TP与DO模拟误差均在20%以内,模拟精度较好且满足应用要求;(2)划分的花亭湖水库饮用水水源一级保护区水域与陆域面积分别为0.45、0.31 km^2,二级保护区水域与陆域面积分别为4.45、15.51 km^2,准保护区面积为1858.25 km^2;(3)花亭湖饮用水水源保护区的划分兼顾了流域水质污染风险预防与景区生态旅游发展远期规划需求,达到了水源保护与经济发展的双赢目的。Taking the Huating Lake Reservoir in Taihu County drinking water source as an example,based on the hydrodynamic-water quality coupling model MIKE21,a comprehensive numerical model method and traditional analogy empirical method were used to delineate and demonstrate the Huating Lake Reservoir drinking water source protection area.The results showed that:(1)after the water separation period verification,TN,TP and DO simulation errors of the Huating Lake Reservoir were all within 20%,and the error was controllable and met the application requirements.(2)The water area and land area of the Huating Lake Reservoir drinking water source key protection area were delineated into 0.45 and 0.31 km^2,the water area and land area of the secondary protection area were 4.45 and 15.51 km^2,respectively,and the quasi protection area was 1858.25 km^2.(3)The delineation of the water source protection area of the Huating Lake took into account both the prevention of water quality pollution risk in the basin and the long-term planning needs of the eco-tourism development of the scenic spot,which achieved the win-win goal of water source protection and economic development.
