摘　　要：对我国花椒油树脂提取工艺及其生物活性的研究进展进行综述,可为花椒油树脂提取、生物活性的深入研究及其产品的开发应用提供依据。The domestic research progress on the extraction process and bioactivity of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oleoresin were reviewed,which can provide references for the extraction of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oleoresin,the further research on the bioactivity and the development and application of its products.
