摘　　要：水平管降膜蒸发过程中喷淋液体的分布状态直接影响蒸发器的蒸发效率。本文针对海水淡化系统中空旋流式液体喷头进行了液体分布特性及均匀性研究,当喷淋高度为600~700mm时,可以实现较为均匀的喷淋分布。为了进一步提升喷淋液体均匀分布,提出了两种多喷头的布置方案并进行了均匀性分析。采用三角形布置,比正方形布置能得到更为均匀的液体分布。当采用三角形布置且喷淋高度500mm,中心距850mm时喷淋量的分布比较均匀。The distribution of spray liquid in the falling film evaporation process of horizontal tube directly affects the evaporation efficiency of evaporator.In this paper,the liquid distribution characteristics and uniformity of a hollow swirl liquid nozzle in desalination system are studied.When the spray height is 600〜700 mm,the spray distribution can be more uniform.In order to further improve the uniform distribution of spray liquid,two kinds of multi nozzle layout schemes are proposed and analyzed.More uniform liquid distribution can be obtained by triangle arrangement than by square arrangement.When the triangle arrangement is adopted,the spray height is 500mm,and the center distance is 850mm,spray quantity distribution is relatively uniform.
