摘　　要：阐述了连云港市石梁河水库管理处开展安全生产标准化建设的必要性,从确立目标任务、完善规章制度、加强安全培训、加强观测检查、严格运行控制、加强隐患排查、提升管理水平等方面介绍了该处在标准化创建中的实践做法及取得的成效,为水利工程管理单位安全生产管理工作提供经验与借鉴。The necessity of carrying out the standardization construction of safety production in Shilianghe Reservoir Management Office of Lianyungang City was expounded.The practice and achievements of the department in the establishment of standardization construction were introduced from the aspects of establishing goals and tasks,improving rules and regulations,strengthening safety training,strengthening observation and inspection,strict operation control,strengthening hidden danger investigation,and improving management level,which could provide experience and reference for the safety production management of water conservancy project management units.
