摘　　要：履带板为低碳合金钢铸件,对生产工艺要求较高,国内企业广泛采用砂型铸造进行流水线批量生产,受产量低和铸造生产成本高的制约。我公司给国内一知名上市企业提供一条六工位辊道式V法自动造型线生产铸钢履带板,该生产线降低了生产成本,提高了铸件的表面质量,减少了铸造缺陷。The track board is a low-carbon alloy steel casting with high production process requirements.The sand casting has been widely adopted for mass production in an assembly line by domestic enterprises,which is restricted by low output and high casting production costs.The six-station roller type V-method automatic molding line for production of track board has been provided to reduce production costs&casting defects and improve the surface quality of castings.
