摘 要:介绍了扬柴铸造厂生产轻型柴油发动机机体铸件出现的一种气孔缺陷,描述了气孔缺陷的产生位置和该缺陷解决的过程。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析对缺陷进行分析,确定该气孔缺陷为卷入性气孔缺陷。通过对铸造工艺流程的逐项排查,确定了气体来自连续保温浇注机的浇注塞杆。铸造厂技术人员对连续保温浇注机塞杆结构进行优化,解决了该气孔缺陷。A kind of gas hole defect that occurs in the light diesel engine block casting produced by Yangchai Foundry has been introduced in the text.The distribution of gas hole defect and the process of solving the defect have been described.The metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis have been used to analyze the defect,the gas hole defect has been determined to be the entrapped gas hole defect.Through the item-by-item investigation of the casting process,it is determined that the gas comes from the casting plug rod of the continuous thermal insulation pouring machine.The structure of the plug rod of the continuous thermal insulation pouring machine has been optimized to solve the gas hole defect.
