摘　　要：影响山东省农村居民财富增值的制约因素主要包括收入来源不稳定、社会保障机制不完善、不良消费习惯等等因素。应该加快农村土地制度变革,给予农村居民国民待遇,提高农村公共产品供给水平,拓宽资产收益渠道,逐渐打造百业兴旺、风清气正的社会主义新农村。The restrictive factors affecting the wealth increment of rural residents in Shandong Province mainly include unstable income sources,imperfect social security mechanism,bad consumption habits and so on.We should speed up the reform of rural land system,give rural residents national treatment,improve the supply level of rural public goods,broaden the channels of asset income,and gradually build a new socialist countryside with prosperous industries and clean atmosphere.
