摘 要:当前,农业4.0崭露头角,我国新农科建设三部曲已奏响,积极深化人才培养模式改革是新农科建设的关键问题。文章旨在通过对新农科建设的历史、时代和文化背景梳理,从跨界视域剖析新农科建设对高等农林院校人才培养提出的要求,从知识、实践、思想和时空四个维度构建新农科建设人才培养新模式,并就“新农人”培养路径提出立德铸魂、产教融合、协同育人、量质共进的建议。At present,agriculture 4.0 is in the ascendant,and the trilogy of China's emerging agricultural education construction has got started.Actively deepening the reform of personnel training mode is the key issue in the emerging agricultural education construction.The article reviewed the history,era and cultural background of the emerging agricultural education construction,analyzed the requirements of the emerging agricultural education construction on personnel training in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities from an interdisciplinary perspective,constructed a new mode of personnel training from the four dimensions of knowledge,practice,thought and time and space,and put forward suggestions on the training path of"emerging agricultural talents"such as moral cultivation,integration of production and education,cooperative education,and the combination of quantity and quality.
