塔式起重机事故频发的原因分析与防范对策建议

摘　　要：近些年,塔式起重机安全事故频发。通过分析塔式起重机的工作原理和工作特性,归纳总结塔式起重机典型事故类型和存在的主要因素,从塔式起重机的质量问题、使用过程中存在问题、安拆环节存在问题等三个方面分析塔式起重机安全事故的原因,并从设计、现场安全管理主体责任、拆装环节风险管控、安全监管以及动态监控系统等五个方面提出事故防范措施对策建议。In recent years,tower crane accidents have been occurring frequently.Through the working principle and characteristics of tower crane,the typical type of tower crane accidents and the main factors existing are summarized.The causes of tower crane accidents are analyzed from three aspects,that is,the quality of tower cranes,problems in the operation,and problems in installation and removal.Accident prevention measures are proposed from five aspects of the design,safety management responsibility,risk control of installation and removal,safety supervision and dynamic monitoring system.
