摘　　要：目的基于标准化管理视角构建医疗安全(不良)事件管理指标体系。方法应用循证法、经验参照法建立指标体系草案,采用改良Delphi法,提升预测指标体系的准确性。结果医疗安全(不良)事件管理指标体系包括3个一级指标,15个二级指标,70个三级指标。三轮问卷应答率分别是96%、94%、86%;专家权威系数为0.88;变异系数随着咨询次数增加而减小,专家意见趋势集中。结论专家意见协调程度较高,研究构建的医疗安全(不良)事件管理指标体系结果可取。Objective To construct the medical safety(adverse)events management index system based on standardized management perspective.Methods The draft index system was established by using the evidence-based method and experience reference method,and the accuracy of the prediction index system was improved by using the improved Delphi method.Results The medical safety(adverse)events management index system included 3 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes and 70 third-level indexes.The response rates of the three rounds of questionnaire were 96%、94%、86%,respectively.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.88,the variation coefficient decreased with the increase of consultation times,and the trend of expert opinion was concentrated.Conclusion The coordination degree of expert opinions was high,and the constructed medical safety(adverse)events management index system was desirable.
