摘　　要：通过分析手术安全隐患原因,建立手术风险预警机制。包括:加强手术安全预警信息化建设,健全手术安全监管体系,落实预警信息反馈干预,加强安全教育与培训等。实施后,手术安全隐患发生率由2.36‰下降到0.99‰(P<0.001),手术安全各类隐患项目占比下降,大部分科室隐患明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但骨科、烧伤科改善不明显(P>0.05)。风险预警机制在规范手术操作,完善手术安全管理,保障手术安全中发挥着重要作用,但仍需不断完善。Through analyzing the hidden risks of operation,the warning mechanism of operation risk was established,which included strengthening the operation safety warning information construction,improving the operation safety supervision system,implementing warning information feedback intervention,strengthening safety education and training,etc.After implementation,the incidence of operation safety risks decreased from 2.36‰to 0.99‰(P<0.001),the proportion of all kinds of operation safety risks decreased,and the hidden risks in most departments significantly decreased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).But no obvious improvement in orthopedics and burns(P>0.05).Risk warning mechanism played an important role in standardizing operation,improving operation safety management and ensuring operation safety,but it still needed to be improved continuously.
