摘　　要：探讨了医院管理信息化存在的问题,着重介绍了区块链技术在破除医疗“信息孤岛”现象、提高医疗质量监管水平、完善医院电子处方、药品质量管理以及医疗保险管理等方面的应用情况,并结合案例进行了举例说明,最后指出了区块链技术应用于医疗领域可能存在的风险问题。The problems existing in the hospital management informatization were discussed.It introduced the blockchain technology in breaking medical"information island"phenomenon,improving the level of medical quality supervision,perfecting the hospital electronic prescription,medicine quality management and medical insurance management,and examples were provided with the case.Finally,it pointed out the possible risks and problems in the application of blockchain technology in the medical field.
