摘 要:基于实验方法,利用三维数字图像相关技术(3D-DIC)获取了复合材料夹层板在金属泡沫弹高速撞击下的动态响应特性,验证了Abaqus/Explicit仿真模型的有效性,分析了在不同冲量条件下,金属泡沫弹冲量、夹层板芯层面密度和芯层厚度对夹层板动态力学行为的影响规律.结果表明:复合材料夹层板的动态响应历程与泡沫弹撞击动能、芯层面密度无关,增加芯层厚度可以有效提高夹层结构的动态响应时间,芯层厚度增加10 mm,动态响应时间增加了0.38 ms,但夹层板上不同点在同一时刻达到无量纲变形峰值;当芯层面密度增加54%时,结构的抗冲击性能提高20%;而芯层厚度提高100%时,结构抗冲击性能仅提升26%.Based on experimental methods,three-dimensional digital image correlation technology(3D-DIC)was used to obtain the dynamic response of composite sandwich plates subjected to high-speed impact of metallic foam projectiles,and the validity of the Abaqus/Explicit simulation model was verified.The influences of metallic foam projectiles impulse,sandwich plate core density and core thickness on dynamic mechanical behavior of sandwich plates were analyzed under different impulse conditions.The results show that the dynamic response history of the composite sandwich plate has nothing to do with the impact velocity of the foam projectiles or the core density.Increasing the thickness of the core can effectively improve the dynamic response time of the sandwich structure.When the thickness of the core is increased by 10 mm,the dynamic response time is increased by 0.38 ms,but different points of the sandwich plate reach the peak deformation at the same time.Increasing the core density by 54%enhances the impact resistance of the structure by 20%,while increasing the core layer thickness by 100%improves the impact resistance of the structure by only 26%.
