摘 要:为了快速准确预测船舶分段装配工时,针对船舶分段装配的不确定性,考虑工作时环境的差异,研究装配工时与装配特征之间的关系.通过编码智能抽取历史数据,采用工艺相似性算法筛选相似数据,然后结合熵权法和群决策理论计算环境系数,并对工时进行系数修正.运用SPSS软件拟合装配特征与修正装配工时之间的关系,并通过Z船舶制造企业的装配案例,验证方法的实用性和有效性.In order to quickly and accurately predict the assembly time of ship sections,this paper studies the relationship between assembly time and assembly characteristics,considering the uncertainty of ship sections assembly and the difference of working environment.Firstly,historical data is extracted by coding intelligence,and similar data is screened by process similarity algorithm.Then,the entropy weight method and group decision theory are used to calculate the environmental coefficient,and the working hours are modified.Then the SPSS is used to fit the relationship between the assembly features and the modified assembly time.Finally,the assembly cases of shipbuilding enterprises are used to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the method.
