新时期高校后勤文化建设的思考

摘　　要：重视高校后勤文化的育人功能,对于实施新时代立德树人工程、构建具有本校特色的先进后勤文化体系、保障高校后勤工作的顺利开展、推动高校的进步与发展等具有借鉴意义。为此,要在实践基础上探究高校后勤文化现状,在分析存在的问题及其原因的基础上提出相关对策,进行改进,以达到“服务、育人”的目的。Attaching importance to the educational function of the rear service culture in colleges and universities,it can be used for reference in carrying out the project of establishing morality and cultivating people in the new era,constructing the advanced rear service culture with the characteristics of the university,ensuring the smooth development of rear service work and promoting the progress and development of colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to probe into the present situation of logistics culture in colleges and universities on the basis of practice,analyze the existing problems and reasons,and put forward relevant countermeasures and improvements to achieve the aim of“serving and educating people”.
