摘　　要：为了适应新时代乡村振兴战略、打赢脱贫攻坚战和全面建成小康社会的发展要求,培育一支爱农业、懂技术、善经营的新型职业农民队伍,学院近年来对精准培育新型职业农民的成功实例进行了分析与总结,积极探索与实践精准培育新型职业农民的有效途径。意在彰显如何充分发挥地方高职院校职业教育的服务功能,实现这一项具有划时代意义的社会民心伟大工程,为农业现代化建设提供坚实的人力基础和保障,从而更好地实行精准扶贫,助推乡村振兴发展战略。In order to adapt to the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era,win the battle of poverty alleviation and build a well-off society in an all-round way,and cultivate a new type of professional farmers'team with culture,technology and good management,this paper analyzes and summarizes the successful examples of precision cultivation of new professional farmers in recent years,and actively explores and practices the effectiveness ways of precision cultivation of new professional farmers.It aims to show how to give full play to the service function of vocational education in local vocational colleges,realize this epoch-making great project of social popular support,provide a solid human foundation and guarantee for the construction of agricultural modernization,so as to better implement targeted poverty alleviation and boost the development strategy of rural revitalization.
