摘　　要：介绍河北医科大学第三医院研发使用的多层体系结构实施新的医院门诊信息系统。医院门诊信息系统是具有多个服务器、数据库和子信息系统的复杂系统,因此采用面向服务的体系结构(SOA)来减少系统之间的复杂关系并解决数据库之间的数据一致性问题,并采用分布式系统提高系统的运行稳定性和可拓展性。应用实践表明,分布式体系结构可以为门诊信息系统的稳定运行和性能拓展提供可靠保障。This paper introduces the successful experience of the outpatient information system of the affiliated hospital of Hebei Medical University.This study used a multi-tier architecture and the HL7 standard to implement a new hospital outpatient information system(HIS).HIS is a complex system with multiple servers,databases,and sub-information systems.This study uses service oriented architecture(SOA)to reduce the complex relationships between systems and to resolve data consistency issues between databases.Application practice shows that the distributed architecture can guarantee the stable operation of the outpatient information system.
