摘　　要：电务系统的规模不断地扩大,使得电务设备的种类日益繁杂,电务部门要保证这些信号设备正常运行,传统的工作模式正面临着严峻的考验。通过对铁路电务段一线员工的维护维修作业内容、作业流程、作业方式及现状的调研分析,为电务部门现场作业人员提供一个移动信息化工作平台的设计方案,进而为设计一个实用、便捷、可靠、高效的铁路电务维护维修平台提供一定的理论研究依据。The variety of equipment is getting more and more complicated in the S&C department because the scale of the S&C department is expanding constantly.The traditional working mode is facing on a severe test to ensure the normal operation of these signal equipment.Through the investigation and analysis of the contents,operation process,operation mode and status of the first-line workers in the S&C department,the paper provides a design scheme of a mobile information working platform for the first-line workers in the S&C department and a theoretical basis for the design of practical,convenient,reliable and efficient platform for the first-line workers in the S&C department.
