摘　　要：健全为人民执政制度是确保中国共产党长期执政的必然要求,也是提高党的执政能力与水平的内在需要。通过党内政治生活“两个准则”的文本分析发现,中国共产党在构建为人民执政制度层面充分体现了政治信仰、政治立场、政治定力、政治能力和政治监督等特点,这种鲜明的政治逻辑贯穿了为人民执政制度建构的全过程,同时也为健全为人民执政制度体系提供了重要参照,值得深入研究和进一步探讨。To perfect the for-the-people governance system is an inevitable requirement for ensuring the long-term governance of the CPC,and also an internal need for improving the governance capacity and level of the Party.Through textual analysis of the“two rules”on intra-party political life,it is found that the CPC’s building the for-the-people governance system embodies the political belief,political stance,political focus,political capability,political supervision,and other characteristics.This distinctive political logic penetrates throughout the whole process of building the for-the-people governance system,and also provides an important reference for perfecting the for-the-people governance system,being worthy of in-depth research and further discussion.
