摘　　要：构建科学合理、针对性强的高校图书馆门户网站评价体系,对提升读者信息服务水平具有重要的现实意义。通过群体需求分析,初步构建评价体系,结合问卷调查对指标体系进行优化和完善,运用层次分析法为指标体系赋权,最后进行实例应用评价,结果发现评价体系能有效地对读者群体需求的满意度进行评价。评价体系的构建方法丰富了评价体系相关研究,可为高校图书馆门户网站的评价提供参考和借鉴。Establishing a scientific,reasonable and targeted evaluation system of university li-brary web portal has important practical significance for the level improvement of reader infor-ma tion service.Through methods of group need analysis,preliminary construction of the e-valuation system,,optimization and improvement of the indicator system combined with the questionnaire survey,utilization of analytic hierarchy process to empower the indicator system and example evaluation application,the effectiveness of the evaluation system to evaluate the.satisfaction of the reader group's need has been proved.The indicator system construction method enriches the related researches,and it can provide reference for the evaluation of uni-versity library portal website.
