摘 要:以碱-硼多元复合助熔剂,部分替代氧化铅,珠明料、包裹红为色剂,进行稳定低铅的古彩紫色颜料研究,采用陶瓷颜料耐侵蚀性能测定方法及分光光度计、XRD等分析手段对颜料的化学稳定性、光泽度、色度值进行了表征分析。结果表明:低铅紫色颜料的铅含量由50—60%降低至15%,且稳定、光亮,达到了传统古彩紫色颜料的装饰效果。The ancient color purple pigment with stable low-lead was studied by adding alkali-boron as composite fluxing agent, partly replacing lead oxide, pearl material and wrapped red as color agent. The chemical stability, glossiness and coloration of the pigment were characterized by means of corrosion resistance test, photometer and XRD. The results showed that the lead content of low lead purple pigment decreased from 50—60 % to 15 %, and it was stable and bright and achieving the decorative effect of the traditional ancient color purple pigment.
