干法制备SiC颗粒压缩度与粒化时间的影响

摘  要:为了改善干法制备SiC颗粒存在的压缩度偏小等缺陷,研究造粒过程中粒化时间对SiC颗粒压缩度的影响。采用倾斜式强逆流混合干法造粒机对SiC粉体进行造粒,改变粒化时间,研究压缩度的变化。采用扫描电子显微镜和智能粉体特性测试仪对试样的性能进行分析,分析粒化时间与颗粒压缩度的关系。结果表明:粒化时间分别为4 min、6 min、8 min时,颗粒的压缩度分别为12.21%、13.56%、11.52%,粒化时间从4 min到8 min变化时,颗粒压缩度先逐渐地增大,粒化时间达到6 min后逐渐减小。结果显示,粒化时间为6 min时,颗粒的压缩度达到最优,该试验及结果能够有助于提高对干法制备SiC颗粒中粒化时间对压缩度影响的理解,并对制备高性能SiC颗粒提供一定理论指导。In order to improve the small compressibility and other disadvantages of SiC particles prepared by dry granulation, researched the effect of the granulating time on the compressibility of SiC particles in the granulation process. The SiC particles were prepared by the inclined strong countercurrent dry granulator, changed the granulating time and researched the change of compressibility. SEM and Intelligent powder characteristic tester were used to analyze the properties of the samples, and summarized the relationship between the granulating time and the compressibility. The results showed:when the granulating time was 4, 6 and 8 min, the compressibility of the SiC particles was 12.1 %, 13.6 % and 11.6 %, respectively. When the granulating time varied from 4 min to 8 min, the compressibility increased gradually at first, and then decreased when reached 6 min. The compressibility of the particles reached the optimal level, when the granulating time was 6 min. This experiment and results can help to understand the effect of granulating time on the compressibility of SiC particles prepared by dry granulation, and provide theoretical guidance for the preparation of high performance SiC particles.
