摘 要:介绍了Microban Scentry®气味控制技术的作用原理以及联合ZPTech®抗菌整理对涤纶针织面料气味控制和抗菌性能的协同作用,设计整理工艺进行实验。利用GC/MS气相色谱仪进行异戊酸气味吸附率检测,根据日本JIS L 1902—2015纺织品抗菌测试标准进行抗菌性能测试。结果表明:Scentry®气味控制技术能够有效吸附异戊酸等体臭气味分子;经Scentry®整理的织物在洗涤后可以恢复气味控制作用,Scentry®整理具有优良的耐久洗涤性能;Scentry®联合ZPTech®抗菌整理涤纶织物的气味控制性能和抗菌性能具有明显的协同作用和优良的耐久洗涤性能。本研究为涤纶织物的气味控制和抗菌整理提供了一种联合长效解决方案。The operating principle of Microban Scentry®odor control technology and the synergistic effect of combined ZPTech®antibacterial finishing on odor control and antibacterial property of polyester knitted fabric were introduced.The finishing process was designed for experiment.The odor adsorption rate of isopentyl acid was detected by GC/MS gas chromatograph.The antibacterial property of textile was tested according to JIS L 1902—2015 standard of Japan.The results showed that the body odor molecules such as isopentyl acid could be adsorbed effectively by the Scentry®odor control technology.Scentry®treated fabrics could restore odor control function after washed,indicating the Scentry®finishing exhibited excellent washing durability.The odor control and antibacterial properties of polyester fabrics showed obvious synergistic effect and excellent washing durability after Scentry®was combined with ZPTech®antimicrobial finishing.This study provided a joint long-term effective solution for odor control and antibacterial finishing of polyester fabric.
