还原染料隐色体浸染法在散棉染色中的应用

摘　　要：改变原有散棉染色工艺,使用还原染料隐色体浸染法染色散棉。将还原黑RB预先还原成隐色体钠盐,对散棉进行浸染。以染色散棉表观得色深度为指标,通过单因素实验得到还原黑RB隐色体浸染散棉时的最佳工艺为:染色浴比1∶20~1∶30,染色温度80℃,染色时间45 min,盐用量30 g/L。该工艺下散棉有较好的得色效果。The original loose cotton dyeing process has been changed,and vat dye leuco dip dyeing method was used for loose cotton.The reduced black RB was pre-reduced to leuco sodium salt for the impregnation of loose cotton.Using the apparent color depth of dyed cotton as index,the optimal vat black RB leuco dip dyeing process of loose cotton through single-factor experiments was obtained as follows:dyeing bath ratio 1∶20~1∶30,dyeing temperature 80℃,dyeing time 45 min,salt amount 30 g/L.Under this process condition,raw cotton had better coloring effect.
