摘　　要：目的了解影响医学院校大学生就业意向的影响因素,为政府管理部门制定相应调整政策提供材料支持。方法应用自制调查问卷,调查医学院校大学生毕业后是否会去社区卫生服务中心工作的意向及理由。结果69.95%的大学生不愿意去社区卫生服务中心工作;不愿意去社区卫生服务中心工作理由占比居前三位的分别是:发展机会少(37.32%)、待遇不好(29.91%)和配套设施不完善(22.79%);74.88%的学生在社区卫生服务中心薪水高于大医院前提下会考虑去社区工作;69.95%的同学选择去小城市三甲医院而不去大城市社区卫生服务中心工作;统计分析结果显示待遇不好、发展机会少和医院等级,P均<0.001,薪水比大医院高的社区医院的P<0.05。结论薪水待遇、发展机会和医院等级是影响医学院校大学生就业意向的重要因素。Objective Understand the influencing factors that affecting the employment intentions of medical college students,and provide material support for the government management department to formulate corresponding adjustment policies.Methods Applied the self-made questionnaire to investigate the intentions and reasons of medical college students to work in the community health service center after graduation.Results 69.95%of college students were not willing to work in community health service centers;the top three reasons for not willing to work in the community health service center were:less development opportunities(37.32%),poor remuneration(29.91%)and inadequate supporting facilities(22.79%);74.88%of students would consider community work if the salary of community health service center was higher than the big hospital;69.95%of the students chose to work in the third level grade A hospitals in the small city instead of working in the community health service center in the big city;the results of regression statistical analysis showed that the difference of poor treatment,development opportunity and hospital grades was significant,P<0.001,and the difference of higher salaries in community hospitals was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Remuneration,development opportunities and hospital grades are the important factors influencing the employment intentions of medical college students.
