摘　　要：目的探讨瑞芬太尼用于无痛人工流产手术麻醉的临床效果。方法将2016年5月—2018年12月无痛人工流产手术麻醉患者100例随机数字表法分组。丙泊酚麻醉组实施丙泊酚麻醉,瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组实施瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、躁动、注射静脉痛发生率;干预前后患者SPO2水平、MAP水平;术后VAS评分值、丙泊酚给药总量、术后睁眼的时间。结果干预后瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组SPO2水平、MAP水平优于丙泊酚麻醉组,P <0.05。瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、躁动、注射静脉痛发生率低于丙泊酚麻醉组,P <0.05。瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组术后VAS评分值、丙泊酚给药总量、术后睁眼的时间均低于丙泊酚麻醉组,P <0.05。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产麻醉中的效果确切,可减少不良反应,维持血流动力学稳定,减少用药和加速恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of remifentanil in painless induced abortion.Methods 100 patients under anesthesia of painless induced abortion from May 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Propofol anesthesia was performed in propofol anesthesia group,and remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia was performed in remifentanil combined propofol group.The incidences of respiratory depression,nausea and vomiting,restlessness and injection venous pain were compared between the two groups,and the levels of SPO2 and MAP were compared between the two groups beforeand after intervention. The postoperative VAS score, thetotal administration of propofol and the time of eye openingafter operation. Results After intervention, the levels ofSPO2 and MAP in remifentanil combined with propofolgroup were better than those in propofol anesthesia group.The incidences of respiratory depression, nausea andvomiting, restlessness and intravenous pain in remifentanilcombined with propofol group were lower than those inpropofol anesthesia group (P < 0.05). The VAS score, thetotal administration of propofol and the time of eye openingafter operation in the remifentanil combined with propofolgroup were lower than those in the propofol anesthesiagroup. Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofolis effective in painless induced abortion, which can reduceadverse reactions, maintain hemodynamic stability, reducemedication and accelerate recovery.
