手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究在子宫内膜异位症治疗过程中应用手术联合药物的临床效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法将2017年9月—2019年5月作为研究时段,录入符合要求的60例子宫内膜异位症患者基本资料,通过公式法将患者平均分为对照组和实验组,两组均为30例。对照组患者单纯应用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,实验组患者则在腹腔镜手术的基础上配合药物治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效。结果在本次试验结果中显示,实验组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为70.00%,组间对比实验组患者数据明显更优,组间差异显著(χ2=5.455;P=0.020)。结论将手术联合药物方案应用到子宫内膜异位症患者治疗过程中,获得的临床疗效显著,可推广性强。Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical combined drugs in the treatment of endometriosis and to analyze its clinical value.Methods From September 2017 to May 2019,the basic data of 60 cases of endometriosis were recorded. The patients were divided intocontrol group and experimental group by formula method,30 cases in both groups. The patients in the control groupwere treated by laparoscopic surgery, while the patients inthe experimental group were treated with drugs on the basisof laparoscopic surgery, and the treatment of the two groupswas effective. Results The results of this experiment showedthat the total treatment of the patients in the experimentalgroup The effective rate was 93.33% and the total effectiverate of treatment in the control group was 70.00%. The dataof the patients in the experimental group were better thanthose in the experimental group, and the difference betweenthe groups was significant (χ2=5.455, P=0.020). ConclusionThe combination of surgery and drugs can be applied tothe treatment of endometriosis, and the clinical effect wassignificant and could be widely used.
