摘　　要：目的对有关PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者的临床护理方法进行探讨。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月接诊的PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者60例作为本次研究对象,利用随机数字表法将所选PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者加以分组,给予其中30例PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者常规无菌纱布固定配合临床常规护理服务,将其纳入对照组,给予剩余30例PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者金黄软膏治疗配合优质护理服务,将其纳入研究组,比较研究组与对照组PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者平均痊愈时间、治疗费用、感染率、脱管率以及移位率。结果研究组PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者平均痊愈时间以及治疗费用显著低于对照组,对比差异明显,P<0.05;研究组PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者移位率、脱管率以及感染率显著低于对照组,对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论临床中对于PICC置管敷贴部位接触性皮炎患者,为其提供金黄软膏治疗配合优质护理服务,可以保证置管固定牢固,减少感染风险,降低治疗所需费用。Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of patients with contact dermatitis at the site of PICC catheter application.Methods A total of 60 patients with contact dermatitis at the PICC catheterization site from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.The PICC catheterization site contact dermatitis was selected using the random number table method.Patients were grouped,and 30 patients with contact dermatitis with PICC tube application site were given conventional sterile gauze fixation combined with routine clinical nursing services.They were included in the control group,and the remaining 30 patients with contact dermatitis with PICC tube application site were given.Patients with gold ointment treatment combined with high-quality nursing services were included in the study group,and the average healing time,treatment cost,infection rate,extubation rate,and displacement rate of patients with contact dermatitis at the PICC placement site were compared between the study group and the control group.Results The mean recovery time and treatment cost of patients with contact dermatitis at PICC catheterization site in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The displacement rate,desquiring rate and infection rate of patients with contact dermatitis at PICC catheterization site were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with contact dermatitis at the PICC tube placement site,providing golden ointment treatment with high-quality nursing services can ensure that the catheter is fixed firmly,reduce the risk of infection,and reduce the cost of treatment.
