摘  要:针对传统芯片储存效率检测系统存在的检测效率低、准确性差的问题,基于机器视觉技术设计了一种新的多核芯片分布式存储效率检测系统。由背景光源、驱动电路、图像采集电路构成电路结构,配合DSP和ARM双处理器对得到的嵌入式图像进行处理和控制。硬件结构主要由S3C6410ARM处理器与Linux操作系统构成,并设计了图像采集电路、图像处理电路、ARM外围控制电路以及VGA接口电路;软件部分通过计算分配空间占有率、空间利用率、空间块利用率和最佳利用率实现多核芯片分布式存储效率的检测。实验对比结果表明,基于机器视觉的多核芯片分布式存储效率检测系统的检测耗时较短、检测效率和准确性均较高。In view of the low detection efficiency and poor detection accuracy of the traditional chip storage efficiency detection system,a new multi⁃core chip distributed storage efficiency detection system is designed based on machine vision technology.The circuit structure is composed of the background light source,driving circuit and image acquisition circuit,and the embedded image obtained is processed and controlled by the dual processor DSP(digital signal processor)and ARM(advanced RISC machine).The hardware structure is mainly composed of the processor S3C6410ARM and the operating system Linux.In addition,the image acquisition circuit,image processing circuit,ARM peripheral control circuit and VGA interface circuit are designed.In terms of the software,the efficiency detection of multi⁃core chip distributed storage is achieved by the calculation of allocation space occupancy,space utilization,space block utilization and the optimal utilization.The results of experimental comparison show that the detection time of the multi⁃core chip distributed storage efficiency detection system based on machine vision is shorter and both the detection accuracy and detection efficiency are higher.
