银屑病治疗药物的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是一种由多种因素引起的,易反复发作的慢性炎症性皮肤病。其病程长且难以治愈,并伴随多种并发症,包括银屑病性关节炎、心血管疾病、代谢综合征和肥胖症等,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,随着对银屑病发病机制的深入研究,研发出多种能有效治疗银屑病的药物,其中针对银屑病的靶向药物研究取得了很大进展。本文对银屑病的上市药物及临床在研药物作一综述。Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which is caused by a variety of factors and easy to attack repeatedly.It has a long course and is difficult to cure.It can also induce various complications,including psoriatic arthritis,cardiovascular disease,metabolic syndrome and obesity,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In recent years,with in-depth research on the pathogenesis of psoriasis,many drugs that can effectively treat psoriasis have been developed,among which the research on psoriasis targeted therapeutic drugs has made great progress.This paper reviews the marketed compounds and clinical compounds of psoriasis.
